I don't have a formal return policy, but I don't think anyone has complained that I've been unfair. (Slow, yes. Unfair, not that I recall.) Tell me what your problem is, and we'll work it out. If we've made a mistake, we'll straighten that out, too.

But, if you send a package back and we don't recognize it, we'll refuse it, which ends up being inconvenient for everyone.

Please note that this is NOT a retail store, and we are usually NOT there. It's simply a storage and work location. You can send mail there, but we don't always check it daily, so there can be delays.

Telephone Numbers

If you've got a kit, the phone number is on the kit. But, phone calls really aren't the best way to reach me.

A lot of people assume that PoolSolutions is a 'company', when it's really just me. My family helps with the orders and kit building, but I'm still the only one who can take phone calls. And, that's if I'm 'in'. Of course, in summer when most people would want to call, I'm often 'out'!

If you really need to talk to me by phone, email me and I'll get back to you with a phone number, and some hours when you can actually catch me in the office.
