Please note: you should give me ALL of the email addresses you may have EVER given PoolSolutions. Frequently, the address I have for folks is not the address they think that I have. Just as one example, I may have spam@ftc.gov, but you think I have spam@mail.ftc.gov. Both email addresses go the the same place, but unless I hand search the files, I would not be able to match one with the other -- and so the changes you've requested wouldn't get made.
